Maybe the jack is missing and the one in Rover’s truck isn’t fit to lift a school bus and they will have to go back to the road and flag down the first car for help, May be the one police car will go by and he can call the Fire Hall ,They will sent all the equipment and the medics who then will call for a heavey duty service truck . They should have that taken care of by Halloween.
As if they also carried along a jack that was big enough to shift a bus and small enough for a driver to use? C’mon! The school bus company either has a maintenance truck of their own or contracts with a garage.
Come to think of it, that might mean GA Garage has the contract! Yikes! I hope for their sake the school district has their own rig.
Nice artwork and a funny little punchline on how Rover killed his son’s phone battery, but really - I think this has played out. It’s a little annoying to see the driver cast more towards “empty-headed female” the last couple of days.
Rover might be a little slow on the uptake, but he’s not gonna forget that he’s married to whatshername, right?
What’s next - they call Yugo Farina Taxi to shuttle the kids home and Rover’s ex-girlfriend shows up?
A school bus driver changing a flat? Take my card. Bill Takeall from Sueem& Screwem. Do I see a broken finger nail? And it took three months to grow? We may be able to settle this for—-how far you say you went in school?
At this point, I’m hoping Rover actually manages to change the tire. So the idiot bus driver can finish driving off the cliff because THE BRAKES WENT OUT ON THE BUS, too.
Idiots.
(You have to look all the way back to August 30th, Mr. Super Genius writer. The driver said it herself.)
I’m starting to get a little suspicious of Chris’ body language.
Rover might have to deal with some temptation in the future.
Of course, at the pace of this story line, it may be waaay in the future!
