Loris looks bigger than she did at Cartoon Camp, too, so I think the most likely explanation is that Petey has gotten smaller…

PS: I’m insanely pleased to see Andre and Loris in Petey’s class…

Obviously if Loris exposed both of her big, round eyes all the time the additional information they send to her brain would be too much for even her speedy thinking to process. An OOBE can’t be seen by just any old regular eye, you know. XD
