Let’s see, assuming Armstrong has no qualms about child labor its at least 10 years until they can work. Until then he has to feed, clothe, and house them. Even feeding them hay, giving them rags to wear, and letting them live in cardboard boxes, it costs money. I can’t see Armstrong spending that money for no return for ten years.
