Cathy: Labor day weekend. End of season, beginning of another. The perfect time to march to the refrigerator and purge my home of everything likely to tempt me to overindulge, feel bad about myself or give up!
Lipo is only cosmetic, and a temporary fix, ejcapulet. Bariatric surgery is a permanent fix, and it directly addresses diabetes and other health issues.
The real goal, though, is to be happy in life with who and what you are. If you’re not, you have to do whatever it takes to change, or else learn to be content with what you have.
