Copper just doesn’t want to deal with the paperwork.

On sunday, andy was falling down drunk at the bar, and got thrown out into the rain. Monday, he woke up in a garbage can that rolled into the “canal”, which I presume is actually an open sewer. Now he’s passed out on the street and even the local police have basically given up on him. This isn’t a comic strip, it’s a cry for help.

What Andy was trying to say the The Bill was:" Mishin lister, I’m not as think as you drunk I am. I’ve only had tee martoonis and a scottle of botch. And levertheness, I’ve got all day sober to Monday up on ! "
