One thing I’ve wondered: why doesn’t Mr. Rosa teach summer school?But he’s an art teacher, so the chances are slim.

Teachers get paid for the school year but can opt to receive a paycheck spread over 12 months instead of 9.

We get paid for 185 days a year. In our district we are required to have it spread out over 12 months (paid twice a month). Of course, I’m an aide, not a “real” teacher so I get paid less than a living wage.
