The movie āSaltā was originally written for a male lead. There was to be a scene in it where Salt(M) saves his wife from some dire distress. When they rewrote the movie for Angelina Jolie, they cut that scene rather than regendering it, because having Salt(F) save her husband from peril would have made him appear weak, and therefore unworthy of being married to Saltā¦

Hi, shytimes. Iāve been scarce, but not entirely absent. Iām in rehearsals for a play (small role, but Iām also A.D.), so my schedule has been (and will continue to be) tight for a while.
