    So he talks to cooking meat and they react to them? So he never burns any meat?

    It’s ready when it’s burnt on the outside and raw in the middle……. at least that’s the way people usually serve it.

    How long? How high is the flame, and how close to the meat? Is the chicken at room temperature or fresh from the fridge? Is it bone in, or bone out?
