    I see a serious problem with Toby’s business idea, most companies make their money from return customers, but if something doesn’t wear out than you never get a return customer. I remember hearing once about a company that created socks that never wore out, the company went bankrupt because none of their customers ever needed to buy more socks.

    Toby could learn a good lesson from Ultrex pans. They don’t make ‘em anymore because the originals were too good, and the company went bankrupt. Still got all the ones that my Dad bought. Sure, they’re scratched all to heck and back, but the nonstick still works.
