It has been a particularly hot muggy summer where I live. I am looking forward to most of Winter. I could still do without the entire month of February.

Love the fall. And winter is only feared by those who have poor equipment.

Honey needs to make sure he has a good rake and plenty of lawn and leaf bags.

She needs to move down to Texas. The leaves down here have started falling off the trees later and later over he last 15-20 years, where some are dead and still clinging on for dear life when the new green buds pop out in March or April – usually the water oaks. We generally rake leaves in Houston beginning sometime in October-ish, and are usually still gathering up the dead ones through the end of April.
