Lupin: Someone has shaken up the sky again and it is raining cold fluff heavily. Puck: With dropping temperatures and darkness setting in, there's no telling where he could be. Tommy: Get out of here, you silly-nilly! Elvis: Leave me alone! I'M FINE! Tommy: You're not fine! You're in a wood pile! C'mon now, I won't hurt 'ya! I'm a hugger, not a fighter! Look... you can't stay out here. It's too cold. We have to get inside fast. Crash with me tonight. I can get you back home tomorrow morning! Elvis: You can?! Tommy: Of course! What are BFF's for?! Backyard friends forever! Elvis: Got it. Tommy: If it makes you more comfortable, you can smell my nose. Elvis: Thanks. Let's just get going. Do you live far? Tommy: Not at all! Don't worry, you're in safe paws! I've had time to get to know this block prety well!

Love Tommy’s turquoise mittens. Didn’t notice those first time I read this one. Georgia puts so many little details, as well as her Easter eggs, in the strip.

I love all the little Easter eggs, like the countdown clock with the barely-affixed time outside sign, and the worried look that Georgia can convey with no more than a raised Lupin eyebrow. Beyond those, my favorite element here is goofball Tommy taking a serious turn, and insisting Elvis go with him to safety, and fearful Elvis overcoming his anxiety about change and strange cats and going with him.
