When our torti Honey was a kitten we had 2 cacti about the size of golf balls. She went out of her way to find them, pull them out of their pots, and bat them around like the cat toys they were obviously meant to be. And never got hurt.

The only plant I have in my household of 5 cats is Rosemary. No matter how much they want to eat it, they just can’t bring themselves to do it. The smell and even if they open their mouths a little that tiny little taste causes the funniest reactions.

I had a cactus years ago. I think my cats of the time were using it as a grooming tool because I kept having to pick wads of cat fur out from between the bristles using a toothpick.
