What a wonderful thing for Puck XD

You go right ahead and brag all you want to that two-legged cat, Puck! We all know that your 3 legs are just as good as even having 4 legs!

And poor little Elvis is jealous, when everyone knows he has a special place in the Woman’s heart

Puck deserves a special day and Halloween is perfect for him.

I love it!

Yesterdays strip showed Puck with 2 front paws. This one shows him with no left paw in panel 5 and no right paw in panel 6. I’m confused.

I did not know Lupin is deaf.

@QueenofAmerica, that’s just the position of his paws, in 5 he’s got one behind his back and in 6 one he’s holding up and the other is holding the mic. In real life he’s missing one of his back ones, the right one i believe.

Yep, if you watch on occasion when she drew puck paying on his back you can see he only has one back paw. :)

One more example of the incredibly subtle detail-as many times as I have read this, I only today noticed that Puck is holding up three, uh, claws to indicate he has 3 legs.

And Pucky has the cutest blush in pane 3 . . .

This has always been one of my favorite BCN strips (and Proud Pucky has served as my phone wallpaper to prove it!). Growing up as the pet Mom to a three-legged dog and now to a four legged black cat, I have a special place in my heart for little Puck!

Elvis has a point. They’re all good Halloween cats: Puck is a proper black cat, Elvis is somewhat pumkin(ish) colored, and Lupin…well, I saw some “white” pumpkins for sale yesterday. Haven’t seen white pumkins before; I hope they’re not deaf. (hard to tell with a pumpkin)

Hey, any cat that would save the world from leafs – I say is hero enough to have the house decorated for them!!

Don’t forget, as we approach Hallowe’en, if you let them out, keep your kitties inside for a few nights before and after. And if you are in the mood for adopting, remember, black cats tend to take longest to get adopted.
