From what I’ve seen so far in this season of the NFL, that’s certainly true

One summer I coached LL one team was beating everyone and one team was losing to everyone last game before playoffs the 2 team met and the winning team lost their only game. Everyone was shocked.

Usually, the one things that keeps Charlie Brown from being a true loser is that he doesn’t give up. Rare to see him consider it.

Give up already, Charlie Brown. Your not any ball club or any other ball club. It’s your ball club. And your ball club loses on every given day.

Don’t give up CB, I seen it happen before in major league baseball where the worse won the world series.

As Lewis Carroll reminds us, Charlie Brown’s team can win on yesterday’s given afternoon, and tomorrow’s given afternoon, but never TODAY’S given afternoon!

If at first you don’t succeed, suck lemons instead.

My former softball coach said something similar. “Any given Sunday,” since we played on Sundays.

The system is rigged… oh brother.

Funny, I’m watching the Indians smack the Blue Jays around as I read this. I’ve a sad feeling that the Jays will be done tonight
