25% vs 75% lying. Not all of them are the worst “Pants on Fire” and the other levels of lying. Now we all lie, but we don’t want to be lied to about certain things like politics. Just remember if the Republicans had offered someone who was much better than Hillary they could probably win. Even so as they get close her lead may become less substantial. But as it looks now Hillary could win several red states including Arizona.

Not that Hillary cares about Arizona’s 3 electoral votes. I guess every little bit helps.

In response to Carmen’s first panel question, yes. Yes, we do. Note that great liar St. Ronnie. He said he could lower taxes and it would create prosperity. Alas, it didn’t but Republicans are still carrying that lie through. Ask Kansas.

Can’t go any lower, in a political sense.

And Jimmy Carter promised he’d never lie to us, and probably didn’t. And didn’t we all just love that? Not for more than four years. We want to hear people tell us what we want to hear.

Gary Johnson is turning out to be a disaster. I can only hope that this storyline culminates in Carmen coming to her senses and grudgingly admitting that, yeah, while it may not be ideal, Hillary/Hunny Bunny really IS the best choice of the three. No “What’s Aleppo?” amateurs. No bromances with Putin and “our generals have been reduced to rubble.” Swallow your pride and vote for the only SERIOUS candidate of the three, as more than 100 Republican national-security experts will do, and as the conservative Dallas Morning News has recommended. Put America first, to coin a phrase, and if you’re a conservative, hope for something better next time around.

I think that the adult Republicans who support Donnie believe or hope that he is self-aware enough to know that he is an idiot and that he will let them call the shots in a Trump administration. Perhaps, but hope is not a plan.

WildeBillArizona has the unpopulated states’ two senatorial votes as well. Are you confusing it with the alphabetical ends like Alaska, Vermont, and Wyoming?.Don’t be misled by newspaper names. “Morning” papers are printed during the night. This was the first recorded case of the Dalla Snooze being awake since George Bannerman Dealy (as in the plaza) was fighting the Klan.

Night-Gaunt49Technically, midnight is pm and noon is m. How many people care about technically? They believe what they are told and don’t like to be corrected. The presses only stop to load the next stereotype (which technically is what the plates for daily newspapers are called). Boilerplate (ad supplements, columnists, cartoons, etc.) may be printed a day or even two before the line date. Rural editions are printed before the big city editions, contain less and older copy, but cost more. The “morning” papers are printed around the clock for morning delivery. The few remaining “afternoon” papers are the same except for delivery time.
