It’s hard to fire your relatives, though. You have to decide whether the grief you’re getting rid, of is worth putting up with the grief you’re going to get.
I once had to fire a cousin. The flak I took from my mother and my aunt was unbelievable ! My dad and uncle ( quietly ), both told me it was the best thing that could have happened to the lazy kid.

So, the one good thing about the kid is that he makes everyone else look good. Sort of the Scott Walker of the workplace.
