You’re going to have quite a talk with your sister, Mr. Rod, on how her son is doing working with you.

I’d get her recipe, then fire the kid…but get that recipe FIRST !

I would like to think Mr. Rod’s sister wanted her son to learn how to work and a little training for the kid would help him when Mr. Rod goes broke.

Or, Mr Rod could lower his pay, then cut his hours until that lazy relative quits.

Grow a pair and tell the nephew’s parent you have to let him go.
