Ugh! Coach John’s pit stains…Ewww

I’ve never seen a grade or high school coach who wasn’t a bloated slob.

Is that guy drunk?! Look at his nose!

We know Coach John is a goalie coach…his first appearance (summer 2001) was teaching a soccer camp that introduced Nate’s girlfriend Kelly.

Being the All-State Goalie must have been easy. All he had to do was sit in front of the goal and nothing would get past him… :-)

I don’t think he can find himself a mentor

“goddamn” isn’t a curse-It is the worst of curses to have your deity smite others for you. And it is look it up if you are too immured to know it.

BiggerNate91Yes it is, and profanity too, which one of my professors defined as “using theological terms outside of a theological context.” Obscenity is the analog for sex, and scatology is for elimination. All use crude, rather than clinical, words for the most part. Minced words are variations for more polite society, such as orbenjawell’s example, above.

Regarding the comments on the language used about the coach, I personally would consider it inappropriate for a comic, whatever you want to label it as. But the most important thing is that the CARTOONIST, Mr. Peirce, has requested that it not be used in comments on HIS comic page. I agree – many younger kids read this comment. He has asked us not to do that, so just DON’T do it! It’s simple!
