I don’t know how much of this the rest of the country knows, but here in Dallas, the Rangers want to build a new, fancier stadium that seats fewer people than the one they have now. I suspect the ticket prices will double. The “old” one is only 24 years old and in great shape. It’s beautiful and very well designed. Makes no sense.
