Goat: I think the key to success in life is to trust your gut.
Pig: I do that.
Goat: You do?
Pig: Yes, I trust that it will always be there.
Goat: I think that's different.
Pig: It's the mot trust worthy part of me.
Ah yes the gut comes from a See-Food diet…………you see the food and eat it all…………Beer will not help this condition although beer helps with other conditions :-)
Trusting your gut is “truthiness” — Colbert’s word, meaning that what is self evident when you use your mind is less important than what you know in your gut. You believe your gut, not your mind, because you don’t like what you know with your mind. The problem with using your gut for thinking instead of your brain is that the products of the two organs become virtually identical.
Gosh; it’s the (supposedly) wise Goat who says trust your gut! Poor literal-minded Pig merely follows his lead. I guess you could say that, in Pig’s case, Goat has been tossing pearls before swine….
