“Hey Cisco! Hey Poncho!”

Poncho is already trying to get his spot in the Chain of command all set.

Actually, his name was “Pancho.” But with the Spanish accent of Duncan Renaldo, it sounded like “Poncho.”

Ah-Ha!

Aren’t we all happy that Chazz was not a big fan of Red Ryder instead of The Cisco Kid? That way Poncho would have wound up being called Little Beaver, played by Robert Blake in over 20 movies.

He even looks like Poncho

I remember Little Beaver well…also Cisco&Poncho.

Robert Blake was also Mickey on Hal Roach’s ‘The little Rascals.

Cisco, I could see that.

I used to love the Cisco Kid when I was growing up!

Cisco kid was a friend of mine. He drink whiskey, Poncho drink the wine.

Instead he becomes more like Pancho Villa.

I love it that Poncho thinks he’s the main man instead of the sidekick. It has always been all about him. I love seeing these early days of Poncho’s life! Thanks, Paul!

With Poncho’s love of food, maybe they should have named him the “Crisco Kid” instead….. “it all comes back except one tablespoon”.

If Poncho sits sidesaddle on a horse, then we know Poncho *is* a little beaver.

You guys stole all my Poncho/Cisco lines. LOL.

All I remember is them riding at my screen shooting.. then the TV went out. Being the age I was I thought it was all there fault! Aaaaah Memories :)
