    Spells are like programs once it starts running you don’t want to interrupt it. Could cause a disaster and definitely mess up the spell and YOU. All that energy in motion ready to do its work, in this case altering Phoebe to be a “super” being even if it violates aspects of physics as we know it. They can be tricky that way.
