Winter is coming, and this year it could be bad! So I'm making you something you'll need to survive! Voila! My gift of love to my feathered friends! May this gift sustain you through even the coldest winter! Bird 1: Delicious! Bird 2: Yeah! Let's finish this and head south!

Mildly humorous, unless you know anything about birds. Woodpeckers don’t eat wood – they eat insects. They peck at the trees to get at the insects they hear burrowing inside them.

Do woodpeckers even fly south for the winter? (Ziggy would think the birdhouse was infested with termites.)

Does anyone know how to discourage these little peckers? My cedar siding will soon be more plastic wood filler than actual cedar; and they even peck the plastic wood filler.

There are real animals, and mythological versions of them and cartoon versions.
Wood peckers are shown eating wood than the insects they are searching for in them.
Turtles & tortoises have detachable shells.
There are more but can’t think of any right now. Please add to it.
