This is why Canadian Thanksgiving makes more sense, people!! America’s is WAY too close to Christmas. Of course, I do still think it’s a little early …

I work at a dollar store, we started getting Christmas stuff around Halloween and I do get people who ask for the Thanksgiving/fall supplies. They’re on a little end cap in front of a middle aisle. Even my girls, 11 and 15, hate to see the Christmas stuff out too early.

Thanksgiving seems to be ignored during the rush from Halloween to Christmas and it’s too important to have that happen. Hate to see the Christmas wreaths lit at night on the lamp posts around here.
