*My* natural hair color is brown. The grey you see is merely wear and tear!
Grey beats bald.
I think I’d rather be bald, Yukoner. But as it is, I’ll settle for the brown hair I’ve still got.
Yukoner,
My hair had a contest–Turn grey or Turn loose? Fortunately, turn grey won!
JP Steve…. funny. Mine’s the same way!
I’m a natural blond. My mother always told people that is was less of a color and more of a warning.
And what brunette explained that to your mother, ejcapulet? ;-)
Funny… my Dad was gray at 30 (when I was 10). When I got married at the age of 27, there wasn’t a gray hair on my head! It was only after I became a Daddy myself that MY hair turned gray! So fatherhood was the trigger for the “gray hair” gene!
Yukoner said, “Grey beats bald.”
I strongly disagree with that statement, and so does my girlfriend!!!!!!
The_Ol_Goaler: Could be. The oxytocin might have had an epigenetic effect.
My wife is mad at me for my hair getting darker the older I get and she’s gray.
The balding comic Gallagher used to say “I stopped washing my hair years ago…if it’s going to fall out it might as well take the dirt with it”…
I’m 74, full head of hair, no grey, same as it was at birth and at 1 year (saved in my baby book by my mother). Where did I go wrong? I’m so ashamed!
UBUBOBU, it sounds like yer hair be Dorian grey. P’haps ye got a real ugly baby picture in that book.
