Vampires either camp underground or in the trees. And in most cases stakes don’t kill just transfixes them to the ground for beheading. However there is on vampire that fits the Hollywood cliches for vampires you can find in the Moldavian Drakul. Stoker used this creature and the Wallachian prince Vlad Tepes as his models for his vampire in his novel.Drakul translates as both “dragon” and “devil”.
