With this strip, Richard cements himself as equal to – or perhaps above – Schulz in understanding the world of children. Bravo.

I just eat heart healthy Cheerios when I do eat cereal.

Such perceptive literary critics, at such a young age! They will become famous as they grow up!

No child this age in a reality setting would have a clue about conversing like a Harvard graduate. But in cartoonville I expect a Harvard graduate can be a Hillbilly. I love it.

I will eat nothing but healthy, sugar-coated cereal balls laced with chocolate-covered marshmallows. That stuff really keeps me pumping.

Brilliant today; brilliant last week; and barring some disaster; brilliant next week.

I make it a point never to eat cereals that don’t have skateboarding frogs. The occasional baseball playing bee can serve as an acceptable substitute in a pinch.

There wasn’t angst enough in that ? I was thinkin’ tv series .

I didn’t realize how much I was missing by making my own granola. I’ve GOT to start buying cereal again.

I’ve figured out the reason for the frog’s behavior: cereal’s called Honey Smack. (Know what the street name for crack is? Now you do, hehe) Thompson’s brilliant as always!
