Poor kids… dragged into this meta premise, where they won’t get much candy. They don’t even have costumes.

Hope in ….um…. cough… real life,

they’ll also get to Trick or Treat on Monday night, in cool costumes, with all the other kids…

Of course, if their friends are also ’toons, a lot of them will be doing it tonight as well.

On Monday night, maybe they get to go to a big Universal Halloween party for ’toon kids, instead,

Then they wouldn’t have to worry about what kind of strange candy they’d be collecting from strips like Lio, or Agnes, or Argyle Sweater.

Tony ….. am I scared?

Of a couple of kids in T-shirts?

Yeah, maybe…..

So. I went to Dollar store to pick up a birthday card because I refuse to pay $5 for the Hallmark moment and to what did my wandering eyes did appear?

THEY’VE GOT ALL OF THEIR CHRISTMAS STUFF OUT RIGHT NEXT TO THE HALLOWEEN STUFF!!!

I thought to myself, “I shouldn’t keep this feeling of cheer to myself.” And I bought a Santa hat. I have a grumpy cat “Merry Kiss My A$$” shirt. I figure I’ll mess with ankle biters that come to the door with Trick or Treat with a reply of HO HO HO Merry Christmas!

Let their parents try to explain that one.

Tony’s question may refer to the election. The economic depression and international chaos of the past 8 years will continue without regard to who wins this year.
