sometimes i really hate nate

When in school I was matched up on a project with someone who tried to “Big Nate” me. Same conversation word for word until the 4th panel. He said my grade would suffer, I said, I did my part, you’re doing your part or we get a failing grade together. That is after all what being a buddy is all about. He did his part, we got a passing grade, and I stood up for myself.

If this was a Sunday strip the “throwaway panel” with Nate’s artwork would be Nate in a lab coat and goggles maniacal laughing.

This still happens to me every once in a while, it doesn’t stop after middle school.

Geeze-Louise, where’s the problem? Fran-Man will DO the project, and get at least a “B”…….Nate will do next to nothing, and get his usual “F”…….happens all the time!!

Nate is definitely a very smart person, judging by his chess skills, but he does not apply it to studies.

I believe you should share your good fortune with the less fortunate. Especially when it helps on a test.

At my school after a group project they let the group members score each other, so if one person didn’t do anything they will get a bad grade but everyone else that did work won’t.

Nappy naps. Always better than doing a project.

One time, my dad was watching TV and was browsing through the learning channels such as Nat Geo and History, when he came across two shows, “Genius” and “Evil Genius”. LOL!
