If Nate put half as much effort into his schoolwork as he puts into ‘skimming’ through it…

“F” for Francis and Nate
ericbutts74 about 8 years ago
Technically, Nate’s right. Teddy Roosevelt effectively oversaw the construction of the canal by engineering a coup and tearing Panama away from Colombia and building the canal.
Wilson oversaw the final stage and opening of the canal but it was Teddy’s baby.
Francis is kind of like saying Norbert Sudhaus won the Munich ’72 marathon and not Frank Shorter (all you newbies look that one up!)

I would like to state my guide on saying “First comment!”. Since it is, on the really popular comics, an achievement to get the first comment, I do find it acceptable to say “First comment!” or something along the lines of that, BUT ONLY if you have also commented something about the strip.
Night-Gaunt49[Bozo is Boffo] about 8 years ago
There is nothing important about “first comment” it is all about “good comment” because that takes real work.
.
T. Roosevelt was involved in the building of the Panama Canal.

The report is going to be a disaster
DM9001 almost 4 years ago
Wilson was president after, so there was no way Roosevelt would’ve been vice.
