True practitioners of “low impact cooking” require only a can opener and a spoon. Hey, we’re bachelors! Push over and give me room to eat over the sink.

I like the raw diet, very low impact.

Sorry, Lew, but even “low impact” cooking requires some actual cooking… which Dwayne is doing, and apparently you are not.

I would like to know the language on the package of Dwayne’s meal. Not Arabic, Amharic, Hebrew, Greek, Chinese, Hindi…Just what kind of ethnic food is Dwayne eating?

Well, Claude has the best excuse ever for getting out of yard work.

What is needed is Magawa the hero rat. He’ll clean that yard up in no time. https://www.cnn.com/2020/09/25/asia/hero-rat-landmines-award-intl-hnk-scli/index.html

    Hi, everybody!

It looks like Cleo has done a little shopping

To prepare for the Oct 2nd  2020 “CLEO and COMPANY” on Sherpa…

    http://www.comicssherpa.com/site/feature?uc_comic=cscwy

“Squirrel sensitive” land mines would be pretty much hair-trigger, as land mines go…. and hard to find.

I take it the nasty little tree-rats were failing to be exploded by the normal trial pack she’d bought at Weapons Я Us.

She had to have ordered a whole case from someplace more specialised…

OH! I bet it was that catalog I saw, when I looked through the pile in the Clifford’s bathroom…

I wondered whether Claude or Clara had noticed “The Elegant Warrior… Ultra Weapons for the Discerning Dog.”

Pretty pricey, too… I hope Cleo has a big movie role lined up soon.

Look again at today’s strip, though.

Do you see a glaring omission?

You probably don’t even notice any more… we’re so accustomed to it.

Come on… you can find it… or, rather, figure out that you can’t find it… if you put your mind to it.

    OK… I’ll give you a hint.

It’s something you’d find in most people’s living rooms, if the dog walked past with a case of land mines.

It should be in one of Claude or Clara’s speech balloons…

    Big hint: It’s a WORD.

    A simple word.

It’s two letters long… and it starts with “N”.

    It ends with “O”.

I know… you’re unfamiliar with it because the Cliffords never ever use it.

Good morning Ballardeers! Q Date: 203.98352.96 and the breathing is easy…er, Dry Fall air. Thank you Mother Nature.

Squirrel sensitive, look at all the acorns those will uncover. I can’t see why he can’t mow the lawn. It doesn’t say lawn mower sensitive. It should be fine.

Y’all keep your lawn mowers safe. (((((HUGS)))))

Well, Claude was just itching for any excuse to not have to mow his yard! Good, dog, Cleo!

I want to hear your excuses when the neighbors start complaining about your yard. Go ahead, tell them about Cleo.

Cleo better be careful. That evil cat next door might be out there with a bazooka ready to fire it at those land mines.
