At least they didn’t have to pay regular price for that equipment. And even if the bottom has dropped out of the market for fancy, over-priced coffee, it doesn’t take many servings per day for that machine to pay for the space it takes up.

A 10% markup on the cost to make a serving.. volume of sales will be high enough to justify product.

I think the phrase “a lot of equipment” is showing that they are growing more than the narrative had been letting on.

I love recycling and re-purposing! Used to just be cheap, now highly in fashion.

You do get your equipment that way. Was in the biz fro 27 years. Very little we got new.
