Methinks Marigold is still wrapping her brain around the idea of human dreams not being prophecies.

You’ll never get your expectations in life, unicorn or not.

“I am crushingly disappointed,” said Marigold.

“Well then I guess I’ll eat the apple if you don’t want it…” teased 9 year old Phoebe to her unicorn pal. The reaction from Marigold Heavenly Nostrils was so intense she shot blue sparks from her horn and her eyes glowed so much it startled the human girl.

Okay, okay, just kidding!" Phoebe amended handing over the succulent delicious she practically threw it into the startled unicorn’s mouth.

Marigold’s reaction quickly subsided and she was content munching on it for the nonce.

Moral of the story, never tease a unicorn with an apple.
