My pastor’s wife was on her morning run when she came across the remnants of a protest site. Signs, cigarette butts, etc., all over the ground. She stopped and cleaned up as much as she could.
You can tell a lot about the protest from the the cigarettes: were they filtered, square tipped, or pointy tipped? Were there hate slogans and swastikas spray painted on nearby walls, or civil rights slogans chalked on the sidewalks?
