Cook at 550°F (290°C) for 5 hours, then remove the feathers and gizzard. Baste liberally with whatever whiskey is leftover from that 750ml bottle that you’ve been drinking. Continue cooking at 550°F (290°C) for 3 more hours or until the fire alarm goes off again. Sprinkle liberally with lots of Cajun seasoning and serve as “Blackened Turkey”
