They’re too wrapped up in themselves to even listen to what someone else is saying, much less process it.

Personally I’m going to have to go with the customer on this one. I have 6 car parts places less than a mile from me and only ONE of them EVER has anyone running the cash register. It’s really frustrating to go in and pick something off the shelf and try to buy it when you have to wait sometimes up to 15 minutes for someone to get off the parts list computer and wait on the customers trying to check out.
