The “Big Boss” complained to me about one of my employees. " That guy’s a roaring, screaming, a..hole ! " he exclaimed.
" Yeah," I replied " But he’s my roaring, screaming, a..hole ! "
In truth, the guy was totally nuts.
But, he was loyal, dependable, punctual, and in spite of needing constant retraining on anything remotely related to the computer, he was my top salesperson !
He led the list, almost every month, for regional sales
. ( Which is why I didn’t fire him ).

and sometimes you need to fire even family to keep your business running and making a profit. This guy has LOSER written all over him, despite being “family” the boss needs to fire him, other wise he will drift thru life depending on others to hand him what he wants.
