I got my degree as a surgeon off the internet:) I would use a chainsaw to remove the ring, a fifth of 200 proof Vodka as an anaesthestic, and a bed sheet as a bandage:)
Hubby once used a bunch of those fake wedding rings to give himself piercings. Our girls about had a fit. Apparently, that is not a look they want in their poppa.

I read that fingernail polish remover removes Super Glue from skin. Is there acetone in fingernail polish remover?

It’s not a look I favor, Green Sweetie. Though there are health concerns with acetone, use it! Get those fake piercing off….
