    Two things, subsequent studies prove that fat is what tells you to stop eating. Therefore, eating fat free snacks, you won’t know when to stop.

    Another real study, if quit ‘real’ sugar for sugar substitutes, your body will start treating those substitutes as real sugar. Go figure. BTW, also means corn sugar isn’t any worst for you than any other kind of sugar. It’s all about moderation in all things.

    Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so that is why I always eat 2 breakfasts.

    100 calories of carbs, which generate a insulin burst, which suppresses leptin and makes you hungrier than you started. Appetizers at a feast make sense, you want people to devour the whole roast beast, but between meals it’s a way to keep you hungry.
