Let them get close, then slam hard on the brakes. The first jeep will slide right under the overhanging bus rear end and decapitate the two guys riding in it. Then accelerate ahead. If nothing else, you’ll get some breathing space while the guys in the second jeep process what just happened. If you can lure them into trying to pass you and cut you off, just steer into them and shove them off the road. But whatever you do, don’t give them enough time to think of hanging back safely while they shoot out your rear tires!
