Reminds me of Quantum Leap, when Sam Becket leaped back into his childhood self, and tried to warn his father of a premature death due to unhealthy eating habits. All he succeeded in doing, was freaking everyone out and depressing them with his accurate predictions, but he couldn’t change the future—not for the better anyway.
