    Not to worry. Now that coal companies are legally allowed to dump coal waste into the drinking water, all the coal jobs will return.

    And once the pesky safety regulations are all rescinded, there will be lots and lots of openings.

    Purposely contaminating water supplies will surely kill off millions of the extra poor as the wealthy just need slaves to work to death until they are gone then use of robots for those jobs will be universal. Expect robots will be used to keep the peace and threaten the poor against revolt. (To them overpopulation keeps the price low for labor too.)
