There was a time long, long ago when Garfield ate nothing but chicken. Til one Sunday strip Jon forbade Garfield to ever eat chicken again in fear that he’d choke on a bone. Garfield switched to burgers that day.
Not sure when the lasagna shtick kicked in.

So she works at Swiss Chalet? Only now their menu is getting a bit more diverse. It used to be mostly chicken but now you can get really delicious roast beef.

My sister got tipsy on her birthday in 2008, and told mom to taste the chicken at a restaurant, and that she likes chicken. We teased her about this since. This strip is perfect, and I had to share it.
