    Completely harmless… unless you have certain health issues, and then using turmeric can exacerbate those problems.

    I’d rather use cinnamon or cayanne pepper or ginger or garlic than turmeric. It is the Wonder Herb of the day, especially mixed with Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.

    One thing I can definitively say about turmeric; do not use it on beef. It will just ruin the flavor.
