A comment from Bbear on Facebook – Nurse Robin stopped by. She said it was a hassle getting the prescriptions authorized. There will be no sleeping pill tonight. Suck it up, Bob. But, I am getting the pain medication. Woohoo. And the loud tv on the other side of the room is now quiet (for now). Can I get an amen?

And a later post from Bob. I just need to edit this one a bit – It’s 1:45am and two observations: 1) I REALLY did need my sleeping pill 2) is that b****** that I share my room with EVER going to turn off that never to be sufficiently d***** tv?

I would be livid if I were kept awake in a hospital by a TV!! I hope Bob gets his meds (and the cord gets cut) by tonight. We are seeing a surgeon today to discuss treatment options for Craig’s cancer then off to our remote rustic desert cabin for several days if no appointments are scheduled the rest of the week. Craig – who has always been a little dog person – has really enjoyed getting acquainted with bratty Chesney and sweet Annie along with my own cats and big old Freddog. Please keep good thoughts for this treasure of a man.

Good morning from Calif everyone. Central part is drying out now and we look forward to 70 degree weather for awhile, then the heat will hit. Trapped two ferals and got them neutered, so that should cut down on kitten production. Too many 3 and 4 month old cats ready for adoption and no takers…everyone wants a kitten..these guys are still kittens!! Ah well..having 12 cats running around the house is sort of different…they are into everything!

I’m going to get earplugs tonight. I owe my roommate one apology:he turned off his tv around 1. The clown across the hall kept theirs on all stinking night at full volume.

More snow this morning in Vancouver though it won’t stick around. I had > 5 cm at my house yesterday. This has definitely been a weird winter weather wise and the boys are not amused
