Those pools that you “inflate” simply by filling them up are actually a spin-off of water bladders used by the military. I have an acquaintance whose job in the military was to keep the bladders full. His bosses thought he was slacking off since units would pull up to these bladders to find them empty. It turns out that the Bedouins were using them to water their camels every night. A couple dozen camels would drink as much water in a night as several hundred people would use in a couple of days. That’s not “nursing it.”
