Why is Marcy encouraging her daughter to forgo face to face talking in favor of talking on the phone, even though they’re both right next to each other?
Beats me. I was trapped in a room with a mum and her two daughters who texted each other for about 25 minutes. The mum’s ringtone was a duck quacking. That really ought to be considered a case of killing in self-defense.
I have seen far to many young people walking together, yet texting rather than talking. Kids today say(saw this on PBS) that they spend over 10 hours every day on their phones, not talking, texting
