Last fall my aunt’s brother fell in his home which led to his death weeks later due to complications due to his age. Then on March first, my aunt fell in her kitchen and broke her pelvis in two places. This ended her life of independent living as she now lives in an “assisted living facility” for her remaining days.

Yesterday, my 79 year old friend fell getting off the examination table in his doctor’s office and likely broke his replacement hip. He is now at the West Virginia University hospital (where my aunt and her brother ended up).

Ten Cats friends, whatever your age, be very, very wary of falling!

I have uploaded seven pictures today and started a new series of pictures today.

A catitude post: when you are uncomfortable and might even begin to feel like peeing, that’s when your kitty decides to grace you with his presence on your lap!
