If you do want to make a profit, step one is not to hire Rat. If they’d talked to his former coffee shop boss (Joe’s Roastery wasn’t it?) they wouldn’t have made that mistake.
Although come to think of it, maybe his former boss would have given him a great recommendation just to sabotage the competition.
I hope you are getting paid regularly, Rat. Otherwise, your “not for profit” is a waste of your precious time that could be better spent drinking beer and bashing Cartoon-Boy….

We have a not-for-profit grocer down the street. It operates by donations and jacks up the prices worse than a convenience store.
