Sedine mentioned not having a lot of friends growing up and getting picked on in high school, I wonder if the mud castles and second childhood are a cry for help? In which case Sam probably shouldn’t leave her alone, your wife needs love, play in the mud with her! I shouldn’t have to tell you this Sam!

Or she could just get a kit to patch the hole. But honestly they ought to get a refund when it breaks that fast.

Gee, Sam leaves when Sedine is about to get all dirty.

Been thinking about the future collections of strips again …

If I’m remembering correctly, Bea had expressed a preference for the “Garfield”-style “Two Strips Per Page” format. I’ve kind of come around to that.

The question is whether or not the Sunday strips would be included, given that they’re essentially three daily strips tall.

Why’s life have to be so gosh-darn Euclidian?

Moral of the story: If you wanna pool party like it’s 1999, you had better get a pool that’s better than the ones on sale for $19.99.

What if that crazy old lady drives by and accuse Sedine of being a mud wrestler?

Beware the “I’Ds OF MUD”.

She began to party like it’s 1999, but that pool busted quicker than the Y2K conspiracy theories.

Lemons turned into lemonade. Well, sort of.

Sedine picked the right clothes, mostly skin and skin is easier to wash than fabrics.

In the mud with Sedine I played

‘Til all my senses were waylaid.

She scooped and shaped and molded me

Into the mud man, wild and free.

Sedine is still a child at heart

Yet sculpting mud a woman’s art.

I’m her mud man, strong and dirty

She’s a treasure, bold and pretty.

Well, at least she knows how to have fun…
